As a graduate in Physiotherapy UCD Ireland 1979 I worked in hospital settings there as well as VGH and LGH before training in orthopedic medicine,myofascial release,craniosacral therapy, IMS ( dry needling ) and Pilates based exercise therapy. I founded Trimetrics Physiotherapy in North Vancouver Canada’s first dedicated physio /clinical Pilates clinic. In 2017 I certified as a Chopra Global Meditation Teacher. In June 2023 I certified as a coach to teach the Journey of Intrinsic Health Coach with Dr Zach Bush. I am an ongoing student of the work of Dr Joe Dispenza who is generating a substantial body of scientific research into the massive changes to the mind and body that meditation can bring. My approach is based on 4 dimensional health : mind, body ,spirit and intellect working in harmony as nature intended. My goal as your therapist is to help you meet yours bringing you my personal passion and 4 decades of knowledge and training wherever you are on the journey !
